The city council meeting in LA (after the city council president "took leave" when a recording of her mocking a city councilman and his child with racist comments was leaked) opened with an angry gathering of citizens chanting "Leave! Leave!"

The man attempting to open the meeting said, according to the voice-to-text caption, "We'll paws as long as we need to."
