Im working on my phone case

im working on my phone case. Im trying to get the deep scratches out of the metal parts of my phone case from wherei had to sand them because the paint that was on it was coming off in big chips and was coming off very easily. Right now im using 1000 grit and 3000 grit sandpaper to wet sand it that's working its just taking a while. I don't know of any other way to get it done quicker

@Highskirt i could buy another one im just worried that if i buy another one that it will do the same thing because i really like the one i have because the its a tough case plus the screen protector becomes a part of the case when the two halfs get screwed together

@choppers2244 yes i get that .but will it not get re scratched even if you do sand it and paint it
