My phone rang so much in work today that I am hearing the ringtone without it ringing now

I will be dreaming about my phone ringing. Help.

Put ur earphones on & listen to one of those songs that you replay in ur head instead! Sorted! Tbh I think that would drive me insane the phones ringing constantly that is 😫
