My kids wanted a dog but I'm the eldest son out of my siblings and we had a dog growing up. For some reason even if we all wanted the dog I was the one who had to take care of it. Needless to say my children never got that dog or cat for that matter. They told me that they would take care of it but I know my kids and I know better. I did not want to take care of a dog.

My oldest daughter has two cats and my granddaughter wants a rabbit but her parents are to lazy. They live with us and I'm afraid that I'll have to care for it.
