i can hear my neighbors' dog slowly die
hope it rests it peace. i also hope people who keep dogs but not care for them, die in a similar, lonely, starved fashion

That’s terrible! Call the SPCA, or whoever handles animal cruelty there! Intervene! No dog deserves that treatment 🥺
