i can hear my neighbors' dog slowly die
hope it rests it peace. i also hope people who keep dogs but not care for them, die in a similar, lonely, starved fashion

So do something about it. I have stolen neglected dogs from their trash bag owners before, nursed them to health, then rehomed them. Don't be a passive participant to an innocent creature's death.
