Have You Ever Seen A Golden Rainbow Trout?
I thought they were joking on the news when they showed a photo of someone who had caught one. Why aren’t these being stocked and more common? ![]()

@AbbeyRhode I checked and they say it doesn’t taste as good as rainbow trout, but I believe it would be higher in beta-carotene being that color.

@Bluesky1962 I've eaten lots of catfish and never noticed the bigger ones tasting bad.🤷♂️
