Those people that always ask questions but never reply or heart comments

Back on Reddit, there was always kind of a norm that the poster of a thread should never interact too much with the commenters -- no more than like half the people who reply. While this place definitely has its fair share of differences to Reddit, I always thought that made sense because it allows conversations to develope and grow naturally without people feeling like OP was steering everything.

Can't speak as to the hearts thing though.
