@TheWildEcho I re-organised my garden last year.
I now have feeders all over the place and as a result get different birds at different times of day.
It's really interesting !
The Wrens and the Finches seem to like early morning. The Sparrows and the Starlings from about 7-11 after that i get Pigeons; Doves and Gulls until mid-afternoon when the Finches and Wrens seem to come back and then it's a 'free-for-all' until the sun starts to set.

@TheWildEcho Oh my Mother spends ages just watching from her armchair.
I bought a couple of bird baths too. They get a bit crazy this time of year. All the adults bringing their babes down for a bath !
