Should I take baby pigeon indoor or left him outside?

There is a nest in my balcony with 2 squabs. They are 3days old now.... Someone had attacked the babies today, so mother pigeon discarded one baby who is badly injured but taking care of other who is less injured. I covered it with antibiotic and cotton but Idk what should I do now.

What a terrible dilemma. You want to save the baby, but I think it may need it's mother to teach it to fly and how to survive alone. Nature calls her to abandon the weakest one to save the stronger. Putting it outside seems cruel, and yet, I wonder what you can actually do for it if you take it inside. What can it eat? You may want to call a vet clinic and ask their advice. I know I would be torn with the same situation.
