You're a sweetheart :) I guess you have 3 options:
1. Take the poor little thing to the vets.
2. Keep him in your home. Make sure he's warm and fed. And if the worst happens, at least he's safe with you.
3. Put him back in the nest. I dunno if this is a good idea though. The mummy bird may eat him or just push him back out of the nest.
I honestly don't know. But thank you for caring about this bird. It's ever so sweet!

Thank you. I guess 2nd option is best. Yes, mother will push him out again because his wounds would attract predators and can be harmful for other child too.

Good luck! I really hope he makes it. :)

What a terrible dilemma. You want to save the baby, but I think it may need it's mother to teach it to fly and how to survive alone. Nature calls her to abandon the weakest one to save the stronger. Putting it outside seems cruel, and yet, I wonder what you can actually do for it if you take it inside. What can it eat? You may want to call a vet clinic and ask their advice. I know I would be torn with the same situation.
You are a kind soul.

Since it has been discarded, If you let it back out it will only die.
And I hate to say that is best, but it might be.
