April is a special time for Tasmanian Devils.
Almost all Tasmanian Devils are born at this time of the year.
Once born, the Devils will stay in Mothers pouch until the end of winter when the extreme cold has passed.
Mum will then leave them in the den for another 4 to 5 months, feeding them all the time.
Then Mum will kick them out of the den in Dec/Jan so the Joeys will become independent.
