Does your life intrinsically have any more value than that of any other animal?

I say no.
A life is a life and it's the only one any creature gets. Mine is not more objectively valuable just because i'm a human.

I dunno, but it's more-or-less necessary to value humans more highly on an extrinsic basis because human deaths have more cascading effects.
@BlueVeins

I absolutely value human life above any other animal. But that's because i'm human.
Objectively speaking, i can think of no reason that a human life is more valuable than a mosquito's life.

@Pikachu That's because value is inherently subjective. There's also no objective reason to value a human over a turd.
@BlueVeins

lol agreed. Although i can't help but value life above non life.
