Neighborhood stray cat killed my 2 cats. Would it be wrong to sick my pits on it next time he comes through yard?
I've been seeing him staying under my house.

No. Don't do it. Two wrongs don't make a right. That stray may have something wrong with him or be carrying a sickness. You don't want to pass something onto your dog, do you?
Call whoever is responsible for Animal Control in your area, explain the situation, and ask if they can rid your yard of him. Then leash your pitbull and let him smile as they take the cat away and he watches. (It might make you feel better.)
