I am a "both" person. When I was a toddler, my brother had a cat named Lucifer. Apparently I was playing Junior Barber and cut off his whiskers. 🙀
I had a dog as a kid, later on, and I really bonded with him. He was cute and loyal.
I had cats later on, while living in my first house, and dogs, too. In one house we had three cats, an Orange Belton English Setter, and a brindle greyhound we had rescued from a neighbor's abusive hyperactive toddler.
I discovered I am allergic to some dogs, especially the larger ones, and less allergic to cats, but I had a cocker poo and a bichon poo in my last house, and they were mini-sized, hypo-allergenic and adorable.
