What should I get my dog for her birthday?

It's on Wednesday. She'll be three. 🐶

Don't say, "Nothing because she doesn't know what a birthday is." I'm fully aware, and I hear your point, but I don't care.

If it was my dog, I'd definitely get something that squeaks since she loves that. Take her out to a dog park or at least a nice stretch of grass to run around. If you want to go the full nine, they also make little dog desserts specifically for birthdays. There's a doughnut shop near me that sells some dog sweets that I'll probably end up getting when it's my dog's turn
