This is the Antarctic scale worm, a type of bristle worm. Bristle worms are (primarily) marine invertebrates that have existed since the Cambrian period, roughly 520 million years ago. Bobbit worms are a commonly known species of bristle worm. The image below is a bobbit worm.

@UndeadPrivateer It's commonly referred to as a hammerhead slug. Although it's actually a type of flatworm. Freaky, for sure!
