Do you like Starlings?

He's VERY pretty. Of course, there was a problem when starlings were introduced here from Europe, so they have a bad rep. I don't think I've ever seen one. We have a lot of grackles here, instead.

@4meAndyou We seem to have millions of grackles here too. What caused the increase was people using Bradford pear trees for landscaping. Those birds nest in either pear trees or Bradford pear trees, and they eat the little undeveloped pears and crap the seeds out and cause the trees to grow in wild areas...now we have problems with grackles and wild pear trees popping up every where. And the grackles are also causing a cedar tree fungus that can kill the tree to be spread to the Bradford pear trees. My tree has had that fungus and it didn’t grow for nearly three years, didn’t have to trim it until a couple months ago because it was fighting the disease, spots on the leaves.
