My neighbor has 4 dogs and they can't stop barking what can I do?

Lolll this used to happen to me too. i lived in a condo complex and the dog across the hall would yap all day when it’s iwners went to work. i filed a complaint to the condo corporation but it’s prob better to contact police for a verbal warning to them.
