@SW-User Grackles in the Southwestern US have the same body shape as yours, but they're black like a raven. They like to imitate car alarms.

@xixgun The black ones are male. The ones with the lighter coloring are the females even though they look like different species.

@SW-User All I ever see here are the dark ones. They hang out in the parking lots of supermarkets waiting for people to drop food.

@xixgun That’s usually where I see them too. They also hang out on my car quite a bit whether I feed them or not, so I decided to just give them something from time to time. 😅

@SW-User I get some meat from the deli and a couple of stale donuts (and a cheapo plastic container and pour water in it) and put out sometimes.
