Why buy dogs xmas presents but not cats?

Also, why do you have to notify someone if you knock over a dog but not a cat?

Why are dogs legally required to be chipped but not cats?

Because they are cats. They are very, very naughty.
Look when the damn thing learns to stay off the shelves knocking all the snowglobes off t and stops eating the tinsle and fairy light cords he gets a present. As long as I have to keep pulling out shiny stringed brown anal beads out it's ass every December he gets nothing.
@MethDozer We had one knock over the entire Christmas tree one year.

@LittleBlueAngelBoy They can't help it that's it looks so fun. Toddlers knock down trees yet they get plenty of toys. Cats have toddler brains.
