I need advice.

I'm slowly getting Riff the kitten accustomed to going outside. When I first let her go in the courtyard she made a scramble for freedom and I nearly lost her.
So now I carry her in my arms. We sit and enjoy the springtime sun and air.
My question is do I let her discover on her own (which I don't feel good about ) and hope she'll come back?

No...maybe let her walk on a leash. That allows her to explore without the risk of her running away.

@bijouxbroussard Even a collar. She's microchipped so if she gets picked up by the council she will not be destroyed or rehomed.
