This is a female [i]Neoscona crucifera[/i] that built her [orb] web across the stairs on my front porch last fall. She eventually took it down and angled it slightly so I could just squeeze through the staircase without breaking it, and she didn't mind me getting in her face for a good picture. 馃挄

Here are the other two! The one with the white background (a ripped off cover of a spiral notebook, I believe) was a bit experimental, but I like how it turned out overall. The silhouette one is my favorite, even though it was an accident.
