Kinda spooky

So I live in a compound, we have four dogs here and just like 20 mins ago one of the dogs goes to the dark vacant lot part of our compund and just start barking, like consistent barking not even aggressive barking he just sit there look at the lot and just bark for straight 5 minutes. Whats weirder is that the other 3 dogs are not joining her unlike what usually happen when they are barking at someone they all be barking at the same time. Then after a while the house beside that vacant lot opened the lights and after a minute closed it and the dog stopped barking. Idk just kinda spooked idk if its a perosn or just random critters.

Tell us more about the compound where you live
Yeah, I know what it was.

But "compound"? Are you in a cult, or do you live on some type of wealthy ranch? The usage of this word??

@Magicianzini a compound in my country is usuallyike a place where multiple house are in but only one entrance. So no our compund isn small theres like 5 houses here.
@DustyPotato Ah ok, I know what type of area you mean. Let me ask you, are there woods (or maybe even forest) nearby?

Something like this

Yeah thats why its kinda spooky were like beside a forest-ish i wont call ot a forest but the land sorrounding is is like a vacant lots aswell with over grown trees and grass but not very big like a forest.
@DustyPotato Yes, ok, then it all makes sense. Except for your dogs. What is different about that one dog? Is it a male when the others are female? A separate/different breed? I would be very interested to know .. what is different about that one dog?

@Magicianzini well its a she not really different shes the dauther of the other two dog and the 4th dog is her sister sonits a family of dogs
@DustyPotato Thank you! I asked my question in a way that wouldn't present bias. I thought it was a female, but I honestly thought she might be the only female in the group. I see she is not, but she is likely the most perceptive dog in the group.

Where you had that experience - don't go back. Avoid it. It's not safe for you there.
