I got a small joy yesterday.

I was enjoying a matcha in the mall, when i saw this guy with a learner service dog.

They had sat down to chill. After a while i went over to ask if it was ok to pat his service dog.
He said no....which was fine.

But his dog had other plans. She immediately got up, sniffed me and then plonked herself on my feet.

I looked at the guy awkwardly.
He continued "well unless she says otherwise 🤷‍♀"


Her name was Beverly🤗
She was the chonkiest Bulldog ive seen in a long time. Totally massive for a girl.

She let me skritch and hug her and leant in for more.
She nearly tipped me over when i got up to leave. Solid gurl !


Been ages since i got to hug a nice musclely robust dog. Gosh she was lovely - all snuggles and snuffles🥰

It was also really adorable how quickly her owner softened and was soon telling me all about her.

Best part of my day ☺
