(sigh)…hey all. Snickers the Saint Bernard here barking that I hope you all are having a better weekend than myself:
It sure has been a while since Cousin Alicia doggysat. She was supposed to come over after school yesterday and it was especially exciting because she always wears over delicious new Reebok and Nike treats. Well, the last time I visited her house, I was sniffing around and happened to find a yummy treasure hiding under the bed in her room:
Mmmmmmmm new new Nike sneakers!!!! Cousin said she promised she would wear them over for me the next time she doggysat. Well, she stopped by yesterday morning like usual and as promised, she was wearing her new Nikes:

I just couldn’t WAIT!!! Well, minutes turned into hours and pretty soon it was now, Saturday night and no Cousin Alica OR her new Nikes. Hmmph! Mommy just got off the phone with her and apparently she is cheating on me. Instead of coming over yesterday after school, she has a new client that she is doggysitting for this weekend. He is a humongous Mastiff named Slayer:
AND I find out that apparently he has an insatiable sneaker fetish just like me! As soon as she arrived yesterday after school, he was all over her new Nikes chewing on them. She had all she could do to hold his leash and walk him and he dragged her thru the sloppy muddy back yard until her new Nikes were good and wet and messy. He then spent the evening chewing them off her feet and eating them all up for dessert:
I can’t believe Cousin Alicia would cheat on me like that! I hope she isn’t going to let Slayer have all of her juicy new sneakers from now on!
