Who's calling Peta?

My dogs killed a squirrel in the yard . The neighbor heard me yelling at them and said " you should call Peta."

But who am I calling on?
Me, the dogs or the squirrel?

They should have told me that our beagle was a PETA member when we adopted her. She ignores squirrels, birds, even the rabbits we see on our daily walks.
