HELP how do i stop this?!

i have had my dog for five years & she’s been the most perfect dog

the last 2-3 months she’s been chewing on our blankets to the point there’s huge ass holes

and i am getting sick of it

she’s never done this before, i’m so frustrated

She is trying to show she is frustrated or bored.

There are plug ins you can use to release calming oils into the air to help her relax.

Long walks and cuddles work too.
