No, they are animals with their instincts, they are not bad. But they are a threat in the hands of bad owners.

Good question. I don't know. But I think it's like people. Everyone is born innocent and a blank slate. But some, irrespective of their environment, turn out 'bad.' I do think that love and attention with a puppy will most always help create a happy dog. But there could be something going on in their brains where that doesn't resonate.

If there is a bad dog blame its owner i have 2 pitbulls and the love kids so friendly

Yes, just as there are bad people. Bad karma. The Tibetans traditionally believed dogs were people in their previous lifetime and if they were treated well they would be people again next time.

Some are wild. Just like humans.

@Wiseacre no though certain breeds have a bad reputation i think it is human intervention that train them too be vicious as after all dogs are suppose to be mans best friend
