Do you let sleeping dogs lie, or do you wake them up by petting them?

My dog is really lazy ,he can sleep through anything.lol

Oh absolutely let them sleep. Same with my cat, I'm loath to wake him up for anything unless it's meal time or he's unwell.

It's hard to not pet a sleeping doggo

They're so cute while sleeping, it's hard to resist.

Sometimes I let them sleep, but sometimes I need to wake them.
