Pitties look intimidating, but the vast majority are sweethearts. Their jaws are incredibly powerful, however, and I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of a bite.

Absolutely. Any problem in a dog can be attributed to the dog's owner. A well trained and socialized dog is no threat to anyone.

@Desertine Complete Bullshit. It is how the dog was raised from a pup. The Current Owner may not be that person. My dog was never socialised with other dogs and lived on the end of a chain. While she has adjusted to humans and would lick you to death she is aggressive towards other dogs.
Gutless Desertine replies to my comment then blocks me, denying a right of reply. Grow a pair you weak prick.

@KiwiBird Agreed. So much is set in the animal in the first 12-18 months.

We know a family that has a couple and they are very sweet, Their little one's love all over them and they just soak it up. The have to be trained to become dangerous

@TexChik One of the sweetest dogs I ever owned was one of these dogs. Protected my mom and dadup until last year. I loved that dog from day one but she was on alert at all times.

@Fungirlmmm Great protection out in the country. A guy here has 6 that he uses to hunt hogs. They all have a spiked collar and wear a heavy vest to protect them from the hog tusks.

@TexChik Super affectionate!! ❤️ I love pitties. It's a little hulk puppy that loves you.🤣🤗

Look like real sweethearts just need a puppy treat or two
melbeacher · 61-69, M
I dont know about that. Pits are known to just snap. Two family pits recently killed two small children and mauled the mom trying to protect them. I wouldnt trust one.

Those are not normal dogs, they're either given steroids or trained an extreme amount. A normal pitbull doesn't look like that.
