To neuter or to not neuter..?

So I really didn't want to because I feared that Bruno would change and he has...
He's become aggressive, more stubborn, hard or hearing and now isn't very nice to other unneutered dogs.

I'm really upset.
I feel like I've made the biggest mistake of his life!
He bit me today because we were in my office and a colleague is nervous of him.
He wasnt having any of it.
I held his leash and he just kept biting it and then my finger until he did actually bite me.
I didnt know he cut the skin until he started licking it.

I don't think that has to do with being neutered. Something else must be going on.

@JimboSaturn @JimboSaturn today he wasn't himself. This morning I asked him to sit on my armchair as I was sewing but he kept jumping down to eat the scraps of material. I told him no and he wasn't listening.
So I put him in the crate until I finished and cleaned up.
He tried to push the gate door open so I had return to training.
He barked at me so aggressively, claws In the carpet, arched back, teeth baring.
I stood my ground but that was scary.
That's not like him...
He doesn't like being told anything right now.
And he's started biting and painfully biting
