What's the recommended time to walk your dog?

Everywhere states 30-60 mins a day...
I take him out 45 mins in the am, 10 mins at lunch 30/45 mins minimum in the evening and he's still full of energy!

Maybe 30 minutes, but this was after she was old. Before her hips were a problem it was as longer, an hour or more. When she was young, 30 minutes was never enough. 45 minutes to an hour, twice a day. Plus A few much shorter walks if she got ancy and she didn’t have much of a yard to lay around in.

He is an apartment dog.
We don't have potty issues anymore which is good. So I'm starting to relax a bit more.
But I take him out so he can relieve himself which is good.
On the rainy days he happily sees avd wants to go back indoors quickly.

No recommended standard. Depends on the breed and age of the dog.
My dog gets 5km in the morning and a 20 minute sniff and piddle when I get home from work.

BTW Today (26th) is International Dog Day
