Be considerate of your neighbors with your dogs, people

I have this neighbor in my apartment complex who will leave his two small dogs out in his backyard at night to bark endlessly. Me and at least one other neighbor (probably more) have had to call security on his stupid ass in order for him to finally do something about it. But it shouldn’t have to come to that! Just be a decent neighbor and understand that while it might not bother you, it can be bothersome to others. Especially in late hours of the night when people are trying to sleep. Not only is that common decency, that’s just common sense.
