@DropTopDig some breeds just do not work. He's a swiss mtn dog

@Rosiechick13 By no means did I mean ANY breed should be a service dog. There's mixed breeds waiting to die in shelters, as long as they aren't wild, why not them? My 1st dog was a mixed breed & he was intelligent beyond belief. He lived 14 years.

@DropTopDig mines a swissy husky from a shelter. A lot of service dogs come from shelters
I think one of the programs is called hero dogs or something like that. You can also owner train. A lot of owner trainers go shelter
