What to do? I can't sleep

I miss my precious Pantera too much for my nightnight pills to work tonight 💔
In theory I could take another 2 pills, but it's already 3.30am and I don't wanna end up sleeping all day. Especially since I have to get up early thursday for a biposy appointment at the hospital.
