Too far, clear across the country, and too hot here. Cat's don't do well with drastic climate changes. And here would definitely be extremely drastic.

My Sheba passed away though last October. She was actually born not far from here.

@beermeplease I think my adoption contract said that I would not have any other cats. Negem isn’t good with them because that is apparently how he lost an eye through a cat fight
