@Cigarguy Lots of times people are sure their cat has escaped and are going crazy searching the neighborhood, and instead he is hidden really well in the house. This is just a great possible hiding place I wanted you to know about. Honestly, what real harm would it do if he would tear the fabric on the box springs? The bed will stay just as comfortable and you will never have any guests checking under there.

@Poppies what is he gets trapped in there and I have to cut the whole thing apart to get him out!!! What if he does is cat business in there. What if he died in there

@Cigarguy If he can get in, he can get out. And ours have never done any cat business in there!
