Today is a big day for me
I become a cat mom at 4pm today. My adoption application went through. They did a virtual home visit, an interview and got good references from my vet.

@Dignaga they’re quite strict here with the rescues. When I adopted my dog 15 years ago from the states, they did a tour of my home and had to meet my whole family.
And I had to pay a hefty adoption fee for him, even though he was a rescue plus I had to pay for his flight and I had to go to buffalo international airport to pick him up
And then I had to pay a few hundred more dollars when I brought him back into Canada. They have to tax you you know.
