What's up with these Dominicans eating peoples cats in Springfield??

It wasn't Dominicans.
It wasn't anyone.

It reminds me of my mother-in-law's reason for never eating in a Chinese restaurant: "they kill the dogs and cats in the neighborhood and use that meat". But she was Sicilian. The one time we got her into a "Chinese restaurant" (very Americanized), she ordered the fish and chips out of spite. Deservedly, they were terrible.
