Cats are nocturnal. But I'd say she's in heat if she's doing that. Has she been spayed?
SW-User
@swandfriends But she's 14 so if that was all then OP would be used to it..

No experience, but is she having trouble making her own way to you? Eyesight going or something. Kitty dementia?
SlaveEt · 36-40, F
Cats (and dogs) can get a version of dementia as they age. It is quite possible she is lost and disoriented in the dark house. Housebreaking issues, forgetting training etc can show up too. You might try bring her to bed with you or at least making sure she sees you leave so she doesn't wake up from a nap alone. Our old gal had similar issues for a few years before her passing.

Probably just lonely and wanting attention from my experience. I had cats for a long time. But if it's something new, it could be something else.

Has she reached the point where she can't jump up on the bed anymore? Does she just need some help?
It means Mine wants to go outside 🤔
If your concerned about your Furbaby's health it would be a good idea for a Vet to have a look at her with a check up.
saintsong · 41-45, F
@NativePortlander1970 Yeah, I'm thinking of doing that too, the check up is $85 bloodwork is $400 and x rays are another $400 I don't have the money yet, I would have to borrow it.
@saintsong Your Vet should have some pamphlets at the front desk that offers pet insurance.
