He 100% has male parts. 1 in 3,000 calico cats are male. The interesting part is that they tend to be born sterile. I will probably get him fixed regardless to be safe.
He’s sterile anyway. You should always get your pets, especially cats, fixed. Shelters and rescues are being overrun with kittens and grown cats. I rather they not be born, than possibly be put down or be homeless. @JudgeHolden
