What do you like to do when your down?

I watch videos of puppies and kitties getting rescued and adopted. Most of them are completely fake exited crap but it’s still nice.

I don't like to do anything when down. I just know I have to force myself to do something to keep the remains of my sanity. 😅
Sometimes I push myself to go for a walk, sometimes I play music that expresses my emotion the best.
