Today while walking to get breakfast I passed a house where their dog got loose there was one on the outside of the fence and one on the inside

I tried opening the fence door and letting him back in, but he would just walk up and then run off into the road. I also tried knocking on their front door but nobody would answer. I was going to pick him up and just lightly toss him back over the fence that was only waist high, but he was pretty fast and it was too early in the day to run the chance of gettin bitten by a little dog. Finally after like a half hour of chasing him around he found his own way back inside the fence. 😡the moral of the story is open your door when somebody knocks your puppy might have gotten run over by a car.

Oh boy. I guess it's the new norm because I've been finding dogs wondering the the streets and the Neighborhood. Most of them has a Collar with tags.

@FreestyleArt It's been happening quite often for me lately. Like at least three or four times a year I'll run across a stray dog. I thought most people keep their pets inside the house now. These dogs didn't have a collar or tags, but he was right outside the house where his little brother or sister was. It was just a little dog but it was fast and in my experience it is the little ones that bite when you try picking them up.
