Where I am there's a huge problem with animals getting out and running. The downside is there's a ton of predators and a lot of those animals don't go home. If you can't handle an animal and keep it safe then don't get an animal.

Oh boy. I guess it's the new norm because I've been finding dogs wondering the the streets and the Neighborhood. Most of them has a Collar with tags.

@FreestyleArt It's been happening quite often for me lately. Like at least three or four times a year I'll run across a stray dog. I thought most people keep their pets inside the house now. These dogs didn't have a collar or tags, but he was right outside the house where his little brother or sister was. It was just a little dog but it was fast and in my experience it is the little ones that bite when you try picking them up.

@bookerdana I love animals i'd hate for it to run off or get hit by a car or something. I just hope it didn't sneak back out when I left. But it found its way back inside the yard so it knows how to get back in I guess.
