I wish my cat didn't like to get dirty

Two nights in a row my cat has come home covered in black dust that can only be described as soot. I think she's found someone's BBQ remains 🙄
Pashmak does that every day on the balcony's dust .....

@saragoodtimes

You are a beautiful soul... 🤗🌹
@Soossie I look at my cats they didn't ask to be feral someone has to try and make their lives a little better
@saragoodtimes

Indeed... 🤗🌹

@LadyGrace I've tried to get her to play with stuff in a shallow bath but she has none of it, I might put some food in there 🤔

@Scarfface I'm guessing that you have to start them out very very slowly when they are kittens.

Lol mine does that after Guy Fawkes night. He nearly killed me when I insisted on bathing him

@SW-User I'm going to sneak up on her with a hose pipe at some point 🤣

@Scarfface wouldn’t recommend. 🫤

I don't understand people that let their cats out all night

@Lilymoon my cat is free to roam whenever, I think it's different in the UK as we don't have many wild animals.
The main worry is cars but I live in a quiet area.
I think cats will usually try to avoid fighting if possible, it's all show and noise, they learn to not like getting their eyes scratched out.

@Scarfface they get diseases and fleas and live on average much less than an indoor cat.

@Lilymoon This might be true but I think they enjoy going out. My cat was a stray so she loves being out. I was hoping she would want to be an indoor cat but she wants to go out. She's up to date with flea treatment and boosters so I think the risk is worth it.
