Definitely is one way.
To extrapolate from your original Question:
If we consider the history of the homo sapien sapien, online is *exceedingly new* and ditto for the technology and its offspring, etc.
Online is an addiction for some.
For others it's an only portal to the world, their community and a social life, and the degrees are relative.
We each have to really listen for the whisper of our soul, it is not easy to hear. Follow our own drummer!
We can't turn the clock back but, it's about our peace and a balance.
