What is your best method in getting your dog to take his worming tablet?

One of my dogs is real difficult in taking his. So I am curious if other people have the same issue?

Dogs love cheese.. and often peanut butter. But of course they get sneaky and manipulate the treat to get the pill out. So crushing the pill and wrapping the powder up inside a sandwich slice of cheese, or mixing it in with the peanut butter often confounds their efforts...😷
