What is your best method in getting your dog to take his worming tablet?

One of my dogs is real difficult in taking his. So I am curious if other people have the same issue?

My oldest dog clover is such a pain with this… even if I wrap med in a piece of lunch meat, she will often Houdini the med out of the meat and spit it out before swallowing the meat. I usually have to do that dance a couple times or bring out the peanutbutter and smear it on something on top of the med
