I never allowed my dog in my eat in kitchen when I was eating. He knew to stay out in the hallway. Dogs can be trained to have good manners.

@Secretsmile Yes ! Dogs can be trained not to do that, and she’s had dogs that didn’t. I’m not sure why she indulges this one.
